Gift Card Policy

General Terms

Non-Expiring Value
- Our gift cards have no expiration date, so you can redeem them at any time.
Starting Values
- Gift cards are available in denominations starting from £10 and can be purchased in-store or online.
Redemption Locations
- Gift cards can be redeemed at any of our current locations and will also be valid at all future sites operated by The Devon Wave Trading Company.
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other monetary value.
Partial Use
- If the full value of the gift card is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.
Lost or Stolen Cards
- We are unable to replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Please treat your card like cash.
Usage Restrictions
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards or redeemed for third-party goods or services where applicable.

Gift cards purchased online will be delivered via email to the recipient’s address provided during checkout.
Online gift cards can be redeemed both in-store and online by presenting the unique gift card code.

Physical and digital gift cards are available for purchase at any of our locations.
Both physical and digital gift cards can be redeemed in-store.
Gift cards purchased in-store can also be redeemed online by entering the code found on the card.
